North London & Tottenham Derby vs Chelsea among Premier League live on Sky Sports in September | Football news

Sky Sports will broadcast more enticing Premier League matches live in September, including the North London Derby and Tottenham v Chelsea.

Following the international break in early September, Premier League football will return to television on Saturday 11 September as Chelsea take on Aston Villa, with Leeds v Liverpool and Everton v Burnley live this weekend.

The second Friday Night Football of the season takes place on September 17 as Newcastle host Leeds at St James’ Park, followed by Aston Villa against Everton the following day.

A superb Super Sunday double schedule sees Manchester United travel to West Ham, ahead of a massive London derby as Tottenham take on Chelsea.

It’s another important game for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side the following weekend when they play the first North London derby of the season, traveling to Arsenal on Sunday 16 September.

This weekend, Premier League newcomers Brentford will host Liverpool on Saturday 25 September, ahead of Southampton v Wolves on Super Sunday.

The key dates of the 2021/22 season

The 2021/22 Premier League kicks off on Friday 13 August – 33 days after the Euro 2020 final at Wembley.

The season will end on May 22, 2022, with all 10 games kicking off at the same time.

The 2021/22 EFL season kicks off on Friday August 6.

Next season’s League One campaign will end on the weekend of April 30, 2022, with League Two and the Championship on May 7 and 8 respectively.

The League One play-off final will then take place on Saturday May 21, the League Two play-off final on Saturday May 28 and the Championship play-off final on Sunday May 29.
